Stir-fry tofu with Hamper Corned Beef recipe in Chinese

MMM helped Heinz to promote their Corned Beef to the Chinese community in Australai. Here is a recipe in Chinese


鹹牛肉扒豆腐

材料:
豆腐兩盒(每盒250克)
鹹牛肉一罐( 340克)
蔥1棵切粒

芡汁:
水半杯 
蠔油1湯匙 
糖半茶匙 
生粉1 茶匙

製法:
1. 豆腐切粒,放入滾水中數分鐘,倒入濾網瀝乾水份。
2. 熱鑊,加入豆腐及芡汁煮至燒滾,上碟待用。
3. 熱鑊﹐加入鹹牛肉炒至軟身,加蔥粒炒勻,加入豆腐快炒一下即可上碟。
