The Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman (TIO) is a fast, free and
fair dispute resolution service for small business and residential
customers who have a complaint about their telephone or internet service
in Australia. The TIO is independent of industry, the government, and consumer organisations; it does not take sides in disputes.
We at MMM have assisted TIO for some years
in developing their information into several languages. It's good to
know that their services have been increasingly expanded to CALD
communities.
