Lamb Kofta

Learning about other cultures doesn't need translation if you can eat the "lesson." Here's a tasty recipe for you for Lamb Kofta, which is eaten in numerous countries.
Lamb Kofta

Ingredients
500 g minced lamb
1 finely chopped onion
1 egg
1 cup toasted bread crumbs

Seasoning
1 / 4 cup pork butter
2 tbs chopped parsley
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp chili powder
2 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ground allspice

Method
1. Blend the minced lamb, onion, egg, bread crumbs and seasoning well.
2. Shape the minced lamb into sausage shape along a skewer.
3. Broil in the oven, or cook over a grill.
