Ambassadors are trained volunteers who present to workplaces and groups on prostate cancer awareness. Speakers undergo a comprehensive training before becoming an Ambassador (All travel ⁄attendance expenses will be covered).
Potential Ambassadors should:
- Feel comfortable with public speaking, and⁄or have a willingness to learn
- Feel comfortable speaking in public about sensitive health issues, and ideally come from a health background
- Be fluent in English and your native language
- Have enthusiasm for promoting men’s health
- Conduct presentations with professionalism, excellence, and respect
Commitment required:
- Attend a training session in Sydney in the latter half of 2015
- Be prepared to present at least once a month
